The last-minute campaign spending by @senatorberger is absolutely off the charts. Just through February 15, Phil Berger has spent $2.36 million on his campaign, while Sam Page has spent just $54,000 - a 43:1 ratio. And that doesn't even include the millions in outside dark money spending in the primary. Some last-minute campaign contributions directly to Phil Berger: the CEOs of both the @ncchamber and @DukeEnergy following up the millions that both organizations have already contributed to those totally-not-coordinated-at-all dark money PACs.
