@DukeEnergy can't report an outage at Thousand Trails Lake Gaston. You have about 200 sites there with no power. Let me know how we can get this officially reported since the phone number for the campground doesn't seem to be associated with the account.

@DukeEnergy Y'all came out and ran the underground to my house. They did not properly connect or bury the conduit and the wire is exposed. They also put a ground strap on my faucet and broke it. I have called and been transferred 10 times and no one will take responsibility.
