@ZelenskyyUa True global leadership is not the ability to bring parties to the table, but the ability to show the aggressor the door

Having foreign troops deployed along the contact line would make it very dangerous for Russia to begin a new war. They are afraid of supporting forces, bases, and international representatives. If we don’t have this presence, no words will stop Putin. And if we truly want to stop him, I am not sure that powerful countries can be mediators. If you are mediating, he doesn't feel guilt. This is a big problem. I'm not forcing anybody to pick sides. But the thing is, if we want to end the war, we have to tell Putin he is not right. I am not sure that dialogues built on compromise work. I think that President Trump, President Xi, Prime Minister Modi, and other big players in the world have to tell Putin he has to stop this war. They can't tell Ukraine “You have to stop the war”. We are defending. We are not aggressors. To stop what? All together, we must stop Putin. What does it mean to be a great leader? It means stopping the war through diplomacy. From an interview with CNN (2/3).

We are conducting a detailed analysis of Russia’s updated war plans. The Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has a clear understanding of what exactly the enemy is planning and which priorities have been set for the Russian army by Russia’s political leadership. We will counteract. Unfortunately, the reduction in sanctions and political pressure from our partners on the aggressor has led to a partial increase in Russia’s military ambitions. Yet our long-range sanctions, the growing use of drones on the front line, and the active actions of our units will provide the necessary responses to the occupier. Today, I approved the list of our next operations. The Commander-in-Chief and the Chief of the General Staff reported on the most effective units at the front – I thank them for every result. We also identified the priority supply needs on the frontline, which must be addressed immediately. I thank every soldier, sergeant, and officer for defending our state and our people. Glory to Ukraine!

@Osinttechnical Strategic Vulnerability. The larger the territory, the more gaps in the defense, and the easier it is for drones to find blind spots to strike critical infrastructure.

@Gerashchenko_en Oops! It seems someone at Rostelekom forgot about physics and backend architecture. Forcing millions of users into a single state messenger while storing all that massive data. Creating a single centralized point of failure for all the country's communications is just a gift.

"WhatsApp has died, Telegram will die shortly, MAX [Russian state controlled messenger] is growing, so it's all fine" - head of Russian Rostelekom. He offered installing landlines to Russians. I would offer to get new leadership, for example.
Anton Gerashchenko@Gerashchenko_en

Mobile internet in Russia is becoming increasingly restricted. This is happening even in major cities - Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Social media platforms are being shut down, and Telegram is being slowed. Russians are being pushed onto the state-controlled platform MAX, which is under full government control. Why is the Kremlin lowering an iron curtain now? There are no mass protests, the opposition is silent, and everything remains strictly controlled. One possible reason why Russia is now building a digital concentration camp and restricting the internet is a future mobilization. Through the war in Iran, Russia has received extra oil revenue and feels more confident. But it understands that this situation may change. Russia also has no significant successes on the front. Each month, Ukrainians continue to kill increasing numbers of Russian soldiers. To replenish cannon fodder, it is highly likely that Putin may take the unpopular decision to start a mobilization. As a result, emigration sentiments are already increasing in Russia, because Russians have a fair sense that the iron curtain will be lowered completely. Europe must be extremely vigilant and strengthen border controls, as many Wagner mercenaries, FSB agents, and sleeper cells may attempt to enter. And in general, this rule always applies: the more oil money Russia has, the more it wants to wage war. 📹: Russians are making comical Reels about the lack of internet.

@ZelenskyyUa Every petrodollar Russia earns through sanction loopholes is converted into intelligence for the Moscow-Tehran axis. Tolerating the aggressor ends with burning airbases.

When I travel outside of Ukraine, I get daily intelligence updates online. This morning, I was briefed that U.S. military facilities in the Middle East and the Gulf region were photographed by Russian satellites in the interests of Iran. On March 24th, they imaged the U.S.–UK joint military facility on Diego Garcia located in the Chagos Archipelago in the Indian Ocean. They also captured pictures of Kuwait International Airport and parts of the infrastructure of the Greater Burgan oil field. On March 25th, they took pictures of the Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia. The Shaybah oil and gas field in Saudi Arabia, İncirlik Air Base in Türkiye, and Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar were all imaged on March 26th. There are no Ukrainian facilities on this list. But who is helping whom when sanctions are lifted from an aggressor that earns daily revenue and provides intelligence for strikes against American, Middle Eastern, UK, and U.S.–UK bases and so on? When surveillance is carried out over facilities in Ukraine, we always understand that they must be protected, since plans are in motion to destroy them – energy and water infrastructure, military facilities, and so on. Everyone knows that repeated reconnaissance indicates preparations for strikes. How can sanctions be eased if this is what the Russians are doing? There must be pressure on the aggressor. And lifting sanctions is certainly not pressure. It looks strange. Sanctions are being lifted, while the aggressor is providing intelligence to strike facilities, including those of the countries that are discussing or have already lifted sanctions. From my conversation with journalists (3/3).

As a result of the war we are going through, and because our enemy is extensively using the Iranian “Shahed” drone technology, we have developed our own system. And today, we are sharing what we have developed with countries in the Middle East. Ukraine is highly regarded for this. We have shifted the geopolitical landscape. Everyone understands that Russia is sharing intelligence with Iran. And everyone understands that, in terms of expertise, no one today can help the way Ukraine can. We are discussing several areas to ensure mutually beneficial cooperation. The first area is weapons, production, exchange of experience, and the exchange of resources that may not be available in one country or another. The second track concerns long-term energy cooperation. We're talking about ten-year partnerships. We have already signed a relevant agreement with Saudi Arabia, and we have also signed a ten-year agreement with Qatar. Over these ten years, we will focus on co-production, building manufacturing facilities—production lines in Ukraine and in these countries. We will also address, for example, how to supply a country with diesel in the event of shortages and major global challenges. Yesterday, I reached an agreement on diesel supplies for at least one year. From there, it becomes a matter for our companies and the local companies. From my conversation with journalists (1/3).

Apatite JSC is one of the largest producers of sulfuric acid in Europe. Without uninterrupted supply of hundreds of thousands of tons of this substance, the same ammunition conveyors will stop, even if the compressors at the nitrogen plants remain intact. This is a parallel "bottleneck" of the logistics of the military-industrial complex.

According to the Associated Press, citing a source with knowledge on the matter, the U.S. will deploy roughly 1,000 troops from the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division to the Middle East, amidst the increasing reports of deployments to the Middle East. While the report clashes with earlier reports, stating that 3,000 soldiers were to be deployed, it’s likely that conflicting reports are some attempt at obfuscation by U.S. decision-makers, as a potential ground operation nears.
