I do wanna give genuine props to the team at @FanaticsSupport. They’ve been nothing but great and helped rectify a frustrating situation. Unfortunate that this has been happening to a ton of people but it seems like they’ve been doing a good job of fixing it

I wasn’t even mad at fanatics I just wanted what I ordered. But the fact that we have people defending poorly made products is hilarious. I don’t care what the players had. I want what the picture on the website has. I know New Era makes the hat. Fanatics sold it to me. It’s their obligation to make it right. Should I call the factory in China the next time my iPhone shows up with a defect?
