It’s pointless, I’ve done this multiple times with various reps. All they did was give expedited shipping when it’s in stock. So you sell things that are not in stock and hold money for months. I probably have over a grand in items waiting. Still haven’t got any of the USA hockey items from the Olympics.

Ordered an Arkansas Shirt for my daughter from @Fanatics unfortunately, they ship it from SC, to TN, then to Los Angeles....I'm in Texas! What the fuck are y'all doing? Exactly why I hate having to order shit from this place. Every single time, there's issues of some kind.

@FanaticsSupport My order 279-6266-8966 was instantly canceled for no reason. As a returning customer, I find it ridiculous that in 2026 I’m told to CALL you to fix an online order. I’m done with the hassle. You just lost a loyal customer. Never buying from Fanatics again. 👎

I placed an order from @OfficialMLBShop on 4/25 with promised delivery on 4/29. It never arrived, was told by customer service to wait until today. Now customer service is telling me to wait until 5/10…MAY TENTH…before they’ll take action. This is unacceptable. @FanaticsSupport
