My son is a huge @JohnCena fan. Took him to 2 live shows last year to see him. I wanted to surprise him with the final match canvas. He was so happy to see the box, but the happiness vanished. He was so sad and it broke my heart. Was offered 10% off coupon. @Fanatics do better!

@Fanatics Just received my jersey today. Love the design, but the packaging needs attention Please stop folding these so aggressively. The hard creases on the seams are very noticeable, especially with the aero-fit material. It’s too sensitive for that kind of folding. #shipping
