Monolith Soft has 344 employees, up 45 employees since December 2024. They are currently hiring both mid-career developers and 2027 new graduates to grow even more. Xenoblade hasn't sold on the level of Nintendo's major series, but I'd like to think they've become invaluable to Nintendo anyway!
