So I’m finally caught up on yesterday. Hank Brennan threw in the towel. He spent the last 2 days getting roasted by the defense witnesses. His case fell apart in front of his eyes and there was nothing he could do about it. His “expert” was not only exposed, he was turned into a laughing stock by Dr. Rentschler. That’s why he can’t call him back. That’s why he didn’t call 30 witnesses the commonwealth called last time. His only response was to grill him about a ham sandwich. That’s not a strategy, it’s a surrender.

Unfortunately, a lot of today’s two hour hearing took place at sidebar. But trust me when I say that it was an extremely good day and a lot was revealed to the judge who took it very seriously. What the judge heard from @Bederowlaw and Tim Bradl was so compelling that she asked for an evidentiary hearing in which the lead prosecutor Ken Mello will now be a witness for the defense. Brian Tully may also have to testify at this hearing on January 10. We want everything to be public, but they don’t which tells you everything you need to know about the evidence that we are sitting on. But it’s unheard of that the prosecutor would become the star witness for the defense, but that appears to be what is happening.

They aren't supprting Read. They were looking to make sure no one colluded to set her up. No one did. They searched and found 0 evidence of a conspriracy against her. Hopefully, they will consider the intimidation of witnesses and victims in this case and charge those responsible, federally.
