just realized that ancient people trained anti-fragility by default. cold mornings uneven ground heavy carrying sprinting climbing fasting morning sunlight a lot of modern health advice is really just old conditions rediscovered. seems the future of health may just be people spending thousands to imitate what used to come free.

ancient humans didn’t “workout". they carried heavy shit, walked 10k+ steps on uneven ground, got morning sun, and fasted naturally. modern life removed all of it.. so now we pay thousands to simulate it. start with 10k steps + morning sunlight. watch what happens in 30 days.

you don’t need to be perfect to drop 20lbs in 90 days. You just need to be ~80% consistent. one off day doesn’t reset the clock. especially if you have a bounce-back protocol. If it's solid, the occasional day off can actually help more than hurt.
