Passengers are taken for granted with the Air India Express flight IX 1789 delayed indefinitely. They say it is re scheduled but they are not sure of the boarding time even. Absolutely no sense of customer service and the valuenl for time. @DGCAIndia

@AirIndiaX to the ceo of air India express changing the livery doesn't create a service my flight for tonight 9.30 pm has been rescheduled twice and is now at 11.15 pm. Customer care can't make decisions, and your ai bot is well unusable. Now I know what indigo means by on time.
