@flightradar24 I'm sorry to say that but, for me, the 787 is one of the worst plane ever that Boeing made. There are only electrics systems and that's not good, you shouldn't fly with that plane.

(2/3) Initially, the cabin crew did seem just as courteous and professional like most airlines but soon I began to experience a unique warmth of geniality. This experience cannot be substituted by any meals/beverages or even a fancy IFE. @airindia has struck the right chord!

(1/3) At the end of a flight trip, I would be usually thanking the flight attendants, and if possible, even the pilots. This time it's coming up on social media. For the first time, I flew with @airindia from London to Mangalore and I must admit, it's now my favourite airline!
