@rodmanmaffet @plutos_eth Right now most of the growth is actually coming from lower launch costs, satellite internet, Earth observation, and defense uses—not just ‘more telecom satellites.’ It’s still early-stage, not fully exponential yet.

Until they get the price down to landline fiber, they got a competition problem. They are expensive. Are they going to offer service directly to cell phones and will it be competitive? They have telecom and government contracts. There is no space cargo business bc there is no space enterprise beyond telecom and spy satellites. What are we going to send up besides more and more telecom satellites? Where is this exponential growth? We are talking pricing based on exponential growth! One day we will look up at the sky and we'll have rings like Saturn due to all the space junk. lol

That is infrastructure The question is not whether SpaceX is great. It is whether you are the right buyer at this price

@NaomiVFisher Your family rule doesn’t answer the point. I didn’t say every parent who restricts phones is lazy. I said half-assed abstinence is lazy when it’s treated as a substitute for teaching discipline. “My kids won’t have phones” still doesn’t explain how they learn sane use.

@satans_natt I think both sides have valid points. Phones can be useful in emergencies, but they also affect the concert experience when everyone is recording everything.

Just finished watching @Mrwhosetheboss video, and I completely agree that Apple’s ecosystem and overall UI experience are among the best in the industry. The level of polish, continuity, and integration across devices is something Android still struggles to match consistently. That said, while the video highlights some valid Android shortcomings, there are still several long-standing iPhone frustrations that often get overlooked: • Having to keep WhatsApp open while sharing large files/documents • Occasional camera app glitches where the camera simply refuses to work • AirDrop transfers stopping if the iPhone gets locked • Instagram Stories/Reels sometimes failing to upload unless the app remains open • No proper clipboard manager in Apple’s keyboard even in 2026 • No split-screen multitasking • No floating windows And honestly, the list goes on. Apple vs Android will always be a debate with no definitive winner because both platforms excel in different areas. But as content creators, I believe it’s important to acknowledge the strengths and weaknesses of both sides rather than leaning too heavily in one direction.
