Why have they not instituted martial law??? It’s been obvious for more than 24 hours that these fires have been intentionally set! When are we going to grab ourselves by the balls and accept what is really happening here. I’m so sad for so many.

#ThomasFire - A wind speed indicator held by a USFS FF on Gibraltar Road at the W. Fork of Cold Spring Trail shows just how fast and varied the speed of the wind is blowing down canyon. In this video it varied from 10-33 mph. A speed of 52 mph was also recorded.

#VegFire- CORRECTION-What's in a name? EDS NOTE- The fire burning on VAFB was originally cited and referred by SBC Dispatch as the Ensalada Incident. That has been changed. The correct spelling should now be Encelados Fire (named for the base road near the location of fire)
