He asked her gently what her name was. She whispered that her name was Anna. He told her that he was Judge Marcus, that it was his courtroom and he was in charge. He explained that his most important rule was that no one was allowed to be scary — not even her father — and that he would not permit it. He pointed to the witness stand and said that the chair looked big and lonely. He suggested that she and he should sit there together and that she could sit on his lap so he could act as her shield. He held out his hand, and Anna took it. The judge then sat in the witness stand with Anna on his lap, his black robe wrapped around her. Shielded by him, she found her voice and told the court what she had seen.

🚨CIVIL SUIT FILED: I have officially filed a civil suit against Chris, Deyanna and Paige Ostroushko. I promised to use every legal avenue to hold the Ostroushkos responsible and will be working with @MurdockJDF as we continue to pursue justice. Chris, Deyanna and Paige are all facing federal charges and will also now be facing a civil suit for their violent and egregious behavior. Not only did this family attack me, but they then doubled down and went on a media tour to further lie about me while attempting to raise money. I just saw a police body cam footage of an officer who was st*bbed in the line of duty in 2024 and they just released it. There was no reason for the perpetrator to do this and he k*lled him 💔 I don’t know why I’m sharing this but it gutted me…this world is so evil. God bless our law enforcement and I’m so sorry 😭 you guys are brave , I could never do that job. Thank you I won’t share it or say his name , I wish I hadn’t seen it.
