Not really. Many Christians believe Trump was chosen by God. Jesus teaches that in his name miracles are done. Luke 9:1-2 (ESV): "And he called the twelve together and gave them power and authority over all demons and to cure diseases, and he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal".

If you have a problem with the first image, you should have a problem with the second.

One mocks Jesus. One reflects His command. “Lay hands on the sick, and they will be healed.” Mark 16:17–18 That’s not blasphemy— that’s what we’re called to do as Christians. I do wish he captioned Jesus—as God should always get the GLORY. Praying for our President and this nation.

James 5:15 calls for "the elders" to pray for the sick (without any specific instructions to lay hands or promise for a healing, just get well).

@pr_conservative All followers of Christ are authorized to lay hands on the sick and anoint their head with oil. Clearly laid out in the NT. Any of us can if needed. Its imagery of him healing our nation from the ones destroying it but so many will twist it. Nowhere is he claiming to be Jesus.

You see Jesus, I see an apostle of Christ. Who told you to assume this was supposed to be like Jesus? Even the right is falling into the lefts propaganda.

@pr_conservative And what is the difference? An Apostle’s life is defined by: Spiritual Fruit: Is he full of the Holy Spirit? The Message: Is he preaching the Gospel or a platform? Sacrifice: Has he let go of earthly wealth for the Kingdom? If the answer is no, the label doesn't fit.

Everyone freaking out over Trump’s meme clearly didn’t even see the ORIGINAL post. The image was created to portray Trump as “healing America”, almost Christ-like, with soldiers above symbolizing protection, sacrifice, and strength. Trump didn’t create that concept… he modified it. And when he swapped one of the soldiers for a demon, it wasn’t random, it ADDED context. It’s a reminder: even in moments of healing, evil doesn’t disappear. It watches. It waits. It looks for weakness. That’s reality. And the irony? People on the 𝘙𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 screaming “blasphemy” without understanding the symbolism are doing the EXACT same thing the Left does, knee-jerk outrage without thinking. If you don’t understand the full picture… maybe don’t be so quick to condemn it.

That style of imagery has been used forever, especially in Catholic art with Saints and healing scenes. Acting like this is some shocking attack on Christianity just tells me you don’t actually know what you’re looking at. And let’s talk about the timing since everybody wants to ignore that part. He goes after Pope Leo, then reposts something that looks like Saint-style iconography? That’s not mocking Christianity. If anything, it’s a jab at Catholic imagery and hierarchy. Big difference.
