@BookieBaz @haydockraces Reckon about 700 attended today, lowest crowd last year was 1,372 in March and 1,500 for the first flat meeting. At least I had a bet with you Pinno but it was very quiet.

A tough Aintree yesterday, we got off to a flyer with two cracking results to start with😉. The heavens then opened and the downpour came with the weather and the results. Luckily the sun shone on the last race and we got exes and a bag of sweets👍. Haydock and then Scotland is my next week’s entertainment, hopefully I will see a few of you on my travels😍

Eight runs over fences Javert Allen has never been held-up. Either races prominently or leads. Today down in trip for a race that massively favours front-runners. 6 minutes from the off he goes 6/1 to 10/1 on exchanges and shock of shocks he is held-up. 25/1 after the first.
