@Sixersszn2026 I blame Carter, he missed 2 open net shots in the 3rd of game 6 (hit the crossbar and missed wide). Snipers don’t do that in clutch games. Leighton was bad, yes, but he was also playing injured. He was never fully healed. If Carter could nail those shots, we go to 7 and win.

In the 3 on 3, you might see a player retreat out of the offensive zone just because he’s got nowhere to dish the puck or move

Nah, I disagreed with that notion, it is supposed to be a team sport, not gimmicks. Not a good way to eliminate a team. 5 on 5 is the pure team win and it belongs to OT structure with 5 on 5 for the knockout. When considering that the opportunity to win a gold is once every 4 years, use 5 on 5 for all knockout stages. 3 on 3 for group stage is fine but not when it's on the line.
