It really can’t. We have a constitution that will not permit it. It has stood firm for 248 years. Also, Donald Trump is the guy who literally tried to overturn the will of the people, who voted for Joe Biden in 2020 by trying to push fake electors to vote for him instead of who Americans actually voted for. Donald Trump is also a convicted felon who doesn’t follow our laws. Why the heck would you want him to be the one in charge of a country that you want following laws?
