I’ve been putting in the time, the effort, and the hard work… but still not getting the reach or attention I hoped for. Honestly, I don’t know where I’m going wrong. I’m trying to figure it out, improve, and keep pushing forward — but deep down, it’s exhausting doing the same thing over and over and not seeing results. Still showing up. Still trying.

🚀 Built Something Simple… But Meaningful 💡 Introducing: Emotion A single-page emotional support chat app — designed to give people a space to talk, freely and privately. No sign-ups. No logins. No personal data. Just a simple space where thoughts can exist — and be heard. 🧠 Sometimes people don’t need solutions… they just need a space to express. 🌐 Portfolio: nehalingole.in 🚀 Live Project: emotion-app-roan.vercel.app 💻 Tech Stack • Next.js (App Router) • React + TypeScript • Tailwind CSS • OpenRouter (LLaMA model) 🔐 Privacy-First by Design • No database • No authentication • No persistent storage • Messages stay only in the browser session ⚙️ What I focused on • Clean, minimal architecture • Secure API handling (server-side only) • Smooth, distraction-free UX • Real-world, production-ready build This project reflects how I think about development: Not just building features — but designing systems that are simple, secure, and actually useful. It’s a small project. But it solves a real problem — in the simplest way possible. #WebDevelopment #DevOps #NextJS #React #TypeScript #SoftwareEngineering #BuildInPublic #Projects

🚀 Built a complete website from scratch in just 1 month! Developed using React + Tailwind CSS with a focus on performance, clean UI, and smooth user experience. ✨ Highlights: • Smooth scrolling • Reusable components (no paid UI libraries) • Scalable and maintainable structure Loved the process of turning design into a real product #react #tailwindcss #webdevelopment #frontend #buildInpublic #learninpublic #LearningToDrive

“Bhai, tu abhi tak wahi hai?” That line stayed in my head. Because for 4+ years, I’ve been trying: 50+ LinkedIn posts 300+ tech tweets 80+ blogs Open source work You can see everything I've built here: nehalingole.in Everyone says: “Be consistent.” I was. But results? Almost no reach. Then it got worse… 2–3 hours sleep. Low energy. No motivation. Applied to 1000+ jobs → rejections. Watching others succeed while you feel stuck hits different. I know this won’t reach many people either. But this is the real side of the grind. Grateful for the 5 people who stayed. #opentowork #mentalhealth #developers #careergrowth #reality

From the last few months, I’ve realized something hard: You can give everything to the process — your time, your energy, your mental health, even your body… …and still end up with nothing in your hands. No results. No validation. Just exhaustion. But maybe the truth is — sometimes life strips everything away, not to leave you empty, but to show you what you’re really made of. Still standing. Still breathing. Still going.

I’ve been putting in consistent effort over the past months — contributing to open source, building projects, learning new skills, and trying to do everything that’s expected to land a good opportunity. But despite all this, I’m still not getting meaningful responses from companies. It’s honestly a bit disheartening. You keep improving, keep applying, and still hear nothing back — it makes you question what more you should be doing. I’m not giving up, but I’d really appreciate guidance from those who’ve been through this: What made a difference for you? What should I focus on next? Any advice, feedback, or even a small suggestion would mean a lot right now 🙏 #JobHunt #LearnInPublic #LearnDaily

> My one post went viral on Reddit > Got around 400 visitors last night 60k impressions on the post > Got brutal feedback about my project > Lowkey starting to understand the problems with it > Very low on sleep, but it doesn’t matter > My heart broke last night, but it was for the good > Need to make a lot of changes if I want this project to work > Will try for one more week, then decide how to move forward > If you want honest feedback on a product, post on Reddit
