@traceyh415 No, I'm done with trusting vaccines. Never had the shingles shot, and never will. Build up your body's immunity by taking a large dose of Ester C and a use as directed dose of Zinc.

Anyone get the shingles vaccine? I keep putting it off but I feel like it is time.

I made the appointment! I’ve never had such a strong reaction as to this one on getting the shingles vaccine. I had a client once that had it in their eyes. It was so intensely painful for them. I need to suck it up and get the vaccine

@traceyh415 My friend did not have the vax and shes been so ill with the shingles and the pain is persisting. It's truly very nasty,it often isn't but too often it is.

Prescribed Gaviscon for silent reflux. Have to take it after every meal & at bedtime. 3 days in and the novelty is wearing thin. I wasn’t averse to the taste at first but now I’m nearly gagging at the thought of it. Not great for a long term solution 🤢 Don’t need advice thanks

@duffett_claire @cfs_jo PPIs ok short term defo but essential nutrients are not absorbed long term.

@cfs_jo I know you said no advice, but if need it long term, why not omeprazole? Other meds it interacts with
