@SamaHoole You just blow in from stupid town buddy? People buy lean ground beef/turkey to reduce the calories. It has nothing to do with the nutrition of it. They simply want to eat ground beef, and they don’t want to have just a spoon full of it before it exceeds their daily calorie goal.

Get the 20%. Get the mince from the Aldi chilled section. £3.20, half a kilo, more nutrition per gram than the lean version at twice the price.

The oldest meat & fish markets in London, which date back 850 years, face closure from 2028. Smithfield meat market & Billingsgate fish market are to close after the City of London Corporation recently voted to withdraw support. A huge blow to independent fresh food suppliers and British food supply chain heritage.
