It’s been 3.5 years since I tore my meniscus and I’m finally back to squatting more than my weight at 185lbs today. 2.5 years ago I had surgery and it’s been a grueling road to being able to even walk normally. I can now run 🏃‍♂️ and sprint short distances. I train 5x a week and do not miss! Injuries can be depressing.. life brings many challenges.. but you gotta dig deep and activate the animal within 🐺 go get what you want out of life 🎯
