@Coach_Kern I completely agree. But they need to be actual breaks. No activity's of any kind. No "non mandatory" practice or events scheduled during those breaks. I would be on board if that were the case.

Unpopular Opinion. The school year would be much better with more two week breaks spread throughout the year and a shortened summer break. I can tell kids and teachers have more energy today and shortening the summer break would be much better for retention. Thoughts?

Less than 2 ft tall where the sprayer kept running them over, but look at those pods. Beans are pretty resilient, I think too often we treat them like corn and they want the complete opposite.

@LouieDN 35 to 45lbs if only plan is to terminate in spring. VT ahead of spreader walk away till next spring. If plan on tillage pass in the spring. The earlier the kill the better. We have had 25lbs turn into a carpet when planted mid August.

Two years ago on June 7 we got hammered with hail and had to replant all our beans and our seed corn was abandoned so we planted commercial corn. I’m hoping to never do that again
