Informal/formal, off the record/on the record: in short, once you become a coach it is all formal & imperative that coaches keep notes of meetings & bullet points of content. Specifically, records show a pattern of professionalism &, should questions arise, notes vital.

@CoachBaldwinWC The only two stats that matter in basketball are Turnovers and Offensive rebounds. Both stats represent an extra possession for the opponent or you, and you CANNOT win both these stats and lose a game!

What stats do you look at after a game? What we look at- For both teams -Turnovers -Rebound(offensive especially) -FG attempts per possession -FG% -3pt attempts (we’re old school so we don’t want a high number attempted &hope teams we play are 1 pass high quality 3 attempts)

RCA is playing in the Gold Bracket of the HoopState Fall League Championship. Many of the top teams in NC are in this league, and being in the top tier of the 48 teams in the league is a great honor! Good job Men! #flywithus

I have heard people say they want a running clock in HSBball Games. Dumb and dumber.Takes all the EG strategy right out of the game, and gives inept coaches and undisciplined teams an advantage. It literally changed the game completely to Rec League quality! #flywithus

Great WIN for RCA Boys BBall today vs. Apex Friendship. We started slow, but once we battled back and took the lead, the boys did a good job of holding off a determined squad. Isaiah Robertson shot the lights out, and Gabe Marquis made great decisions all game! #Flywithus
