@RapSheet Don’t pay a pass rusher Hendricks but pay a run stopper instead? Giants were building and I don’t get it. Bengals are swapping for more of the same and I don’t get it 🤦🏻‍♂️

#Giants star Dexter Lawrence is being traded to the #Bengals in a pre-Draft blockbuster that includes the No. 10 pick heading to the Giants, per me and @MikeGarafolo. NYG gets premium draft compensation, Cincy gets a lynchpin, while Sexy Dexy gets a new, big-money extension.

My boomer dad retired at 62. Full pension. Paid off house. Medicare at 65. Social security at 67. Told me at Thanksgiving, I just need to be more disciplined with my money, I make $71,000. Rent is $1,900. I have $4,000 in savings. I didn't say anything. I passed the rolls. But here's what i wanted to say: Your pension was defunded by lobbyists your generation elected. Your social security is solvent because mine is still paying in. Your houseis worth $800,000 because mine costs $600,000. You didn't build differently. You just got there first.

@skumWgmi I don’t think this is a case of “who got their first.” This situation exists because of inflation. The dollar is worth less than it was when your dad retired. For us who are still working, the dollar is becoming worthless. This worthlessness is what we have to hedge against.

@acaseofthegolf1 @LouStagner Well common sense would state. Most of the guys can’t fly it 325 uphill. So they take the safer route and play short of the bunker with 3w. Lou is right, so are you but Fred is definitely not right.

All good stats, def adds some context to the discussion, and i appreciate the debate. However, - it didn’t answer my question about one - and these numbers would have to be compared to the numbers in the years prior to mean much to me. - how much has the club used off the tee changed? For instance at one time driver was the only play on one. Now it rarely is. How has that changed on holes 2-18. I’d assume it’s changed drastically on at least a few holes.

Someone tell Fred Ridley on the 1st hole over the last two masters that: ➡️1.3% of drives went 325+ ➡️32.4% of drives went 274 yards or SHORTER Based on those numbers they have room to build an addition onto the Eisenhower cabin. 😎

FYI Bailey Shoemaker's group was never on the clock in the first two rounds. They were not out of position. In fact, they waited on the group in front, which was on the clock. Shoemaker's playing parters are a combined 10 under for the tournament and in a share of sixth.

Bailey Shoemaker, the woman who went viral for slow play yesterday, shot 73 today. She missed the cut, but showed tremendous grit. “I was raised by Bob Shoemaker, and he taught me to be strong.”

NBA ratings are at multi-decade lows for the NBA Finals. The NBA’s all time most watched game was in 1998. This year the NCAA tourney is setting all time record viewership. The Super Bowl all time high was two years ago. Why has NBA tanked while other leagues soared? Vote below.

This couple was visiting out of state and decided to use an Airbnb. When they got there they were treated to a beautiful view as well as delicious treats placed throughout the house. There were chocolates on pillows, assortment pastries and sweets. All were appreciated and enjoyed. The couple thought the host was being very hospitable and gracious with the treats since there was no mention of them in the contract. Several weeks went by and they were sent a bill through Airbnb for over $700. Those free treats weren’t free and the hosts charged them for every crumb. Was this fair to do so since there wasn’t any kind of communication that said they would be charged for them. Would you dispute this or just pay for it since you did eat them?
SonnyBoy🇺🇸@gotrice2024

These women rented an Airbnb, the owner of the home demanded a $500 security deposit. The women reluctantly agree and they ask the owner if they will get the money back after they leave. The women clarify, and ask him if they will get the full amount they put down and if it worked as a true security deposit. The owner said no, they would only get some of it back because he uses the security deposit he charges to pay for the utilities that they consume, mainly electricity and gas. The women feel like they are being scammed and only want to pay for the day they were in it instead of an extended visit as they originally planned. If we stay at a hotel, we pay one price for the room, they don’t charge us for the water for showers and electricity to charge our phones. So do you think the owner was and has been scamming people with his security deposit?

So much of the conversation over the last 2 days really comes down to one of 3 things: 1) Cheating Matters 2) Cheating Doesn’t Matter 3) Cheating is subjective (in other words, we individually get the right to decide what is really cheating & what level really matters) I stand on 1… so if you stand on 2 or 3 then we will just agree to disagree! Don’t know why this conversation is so difficult & makes ppl so angry!!

Can someone explain why it's so important to know the names of the @ProFootballHOF selection committee members who didn't vote for Belichick. What's the difference? You going to egg their house? Troll them on X? They earned their vote. I just happen to disagree with them.

🚨I DIDNT WANT to do it BUT I have too. You didn’t see this yet. The narrative that “he was just filming and the officers got angry” is false. The narrative that he was only trying to protect two women is also false. He, along with others, was actively interfering with a legitimate law-enforcement operation. That is why officers moved them off the street. That does not mean he deserved to die. When officers attempted to detain him, he resisted arrest. That does not mean he deserved to die. He was armed and chose to insert himself into an active enforcement operation while resisting arrest. That does not mean he deserved to die. An agent called out the presence of a firearm. During the attempt to secure it, the weapon discharged before the agent could declare the scene clear. Other officers, hearing a gun call and a gunshot while a suspect was resisting arrest, reacted according to their training. From their perspective, they were confronting an armed individual resisting arrest. That is why, immediately after the shooting, one officer urgently asked where the firearm was. He believed he had just engaged an armed suspect, because that is precisely the situation as it appeared in real time. He did not deserve to die. However, his actions, his decisions, and his criminal interference were contributing factors, alongside serious failures by the officers involved. I believe the shooting was unnecessary. I believe there were many alternative ways the situation could have been handled. I do not believe the officers were truly under lethal threat. Recklessness on all sides resulted in a man losing his life. Approximately 23 percent of ICE activity occurs in Texas, yet we do not see these outcomes there. Minnesota accounts for roughly 2 percent of ICE operations, yet has seen multiple shootings involving American citizens. The difference is organized resistance. Blue states have coordinated efforts designed to insert civilians into active ICE operations to interfere intentionally and directly. Interfering with law-enforcement operations is illegal, and it is dangerous. This is how people get killed. Resisting arrest is illegal, and it is dangerous. This is how people get killed. Within the Second Amendment community, there is a common saying: “I would rather be judged by twelve than carried by six.” It refers to choosing survival over moral victory. That same principle applies to interactions with law enforcement. Would you rather be right, or would you rather be alive? Make smart decisions when dealing with law enforcement. Survive the encounter. Then take the fight to court. Use every lawful platform available to expose misconduct. Name departments, supervisors, and officers. Demand accountability through evidence and process. But interfering with an active operation, resisting arrest, and doing so while armed creates a predictable and deadly outcome. Was it legal for him to be armed? Yes. Should citizens carry lawfully? Yes. Is it profoundly reckless to interfere with law enforcement and resist arrest while armed? Absolutely. When we carry firearms, we accept greater responsibility. That responsibility was neglected here. It is possible to support immigration enforcement while condemning reckless policing. It is possible to criticize law enforcement while also acknowledging the dangerous behavior of civilians. It is possible to recognize complexity, rapid escalation, human error, and shared responsibility in a fast-moving situation. He did not have to die. Liberty only survives when it operates within order. Nothing about this situation was orderly. When order collapses, lives are lost. He did not have to die.

Good afternoon. Katie and I are just back from a peaceful protest in Irvine. For the most part, I have always appreciated social media and my “followers.”🙏 If you actually know me and my family, then you know I am married to a naturalized adoptee from Korea and we are raising a mixed and modern family. Yes, my “lane” is golf, but I also tell stories about culture, community and kids. I am grateful to have a “platform” and how I choose to use that is a personal choice. Mine, not yours. For the record, I am not a “lib-tard” or a “pussy.” I believe Democrats (and most politicians) have been failing this country for over a decade. And they’re definitely failing us now. So is Congress and the Supreme Court. We are lacking leadership. That being said, I am also not a member of a blind right-wing cult of confusion and ignorance. I’m in the sensible middle. And I’d like to believe WE are the majority. I love this country, constitution, freedom, diversity, decency and immigrants. My great grandparents were all immigrants. My father served in the Army. He had nothing but integrity and he raised us to fight for what’s right. I am anti-racism, murder, ICE and this administration. The lies and hypocrisy of the pardons, corruption and abuse of the system for personal and financial gains is staggering and disgusting. Their goal is to divide and distract us. It’s working. I believe Stephen Miller is a Nazi. Steve Bannon is a raging and guilty lunatic. Hegseth, Patel, Bondi and Noem are grossly unqualified. This is all a power grab and diversion. Although I don’t condone illegal immigrants or “bad guys,” I care more about the release of the Epstein files—and what is obviously a massive pedophile cover up—than the immigrants waiting for the system to process their documents to legal status. If you saw the recent murders of Alex Pretti and Renee Good, or the detaining of Liam Ramos, 5, and believe they were all justified, we are on opposite sides of history. My eyes don’t lie. I actually believe that their attempt to divide us could backfire and ultimately unite us. But we need to be willing to see the truth first. I am comfortable where I am at this moment, a tipping point of this country, are you? Silence is complicity.✌🏼
