@UPS I was provided the service that I requested incorrectly in almost every way. Now my entire childhood is in damaged boxes behind a counter in Boynton Beach, 1000 miles away, and I have to wait until Monday to speak to a proper manager. (5)

The @UPS store 2807 in Boynton Beach, FL has utterly failed me as a customer. I requested their Pack & Ship guarantee services for my late mother's priceless heirlooms, and I was lazily assured by a young employee that my packages were safe and ready to go. (1)

@UPS Your employee's incompetency has potentially lost me over 100lbs of irreplaceable family heirlooms and hundreds of dollars in shipping. Make this right.
