As someone whose only exposure to Tech Jacket has been in Invincible's comic I felt like he was just a second Mark who existed solely to say 'joke' dialogue that Mark would say if he wasn't going through one of the most stressful parts of his life. I think Zoe is neat.

It most certainly does. "Subject to the jurisdiction thereof" means more than committing crimes. It also means your country of allegiance according to the authors. Someone with a green card is declaring they are switching allegiance from their home country to the US. That requires mutual agreement between them and the US govt.
Those on non-immigrant visas or illegal aliens have not switched allegiance away from their home country.

Can’t get over how, when Naruto uses the Sexy Jutsu, he basically just turns into multiple copies of himself as the same stereotypical girl but when he does the reverse harem jutsu, he creates a whole lineup of different attractive guys. Like, he really couldn’t just pick one.
