In terms of the Canadian Bar Association statement targeting journalists, I would think that the CBA's best response for now would be to retract the petty commentary and make a public apology to journalists in general and Jamie Sarkonak in particular.

While we’re at it, perhaps the impartiality of the Canadian Bar Association should come under increased scrutiny, seeing as they play an integral role in the recommendation & selection of judges (a rep from the CBA sits on each Judicial Advisory Committee across the country).

The Canadian indigenous litigation complex fighting over half billion dollar lawyers bill. Indigenous claims are largely not opposed by the Crown as policy and in the spirit of reconciliation.
In support of their $500B bill, the lawyers are using arguments that have been discredited with respect to treaty litigation:
- the 1st Nations were well-informed, and that they are sophisticated First Nations..

USA baseball needed the travel ball dad - he knows all the scenarios, has mapped them out extensively and told everyone who will listen (and those that will ignore him). He may be annoying, but he knows the tiebreaker rules, scenarios win or lose and who and when they will play next - in every scenario possible. He would have told DeRosa and every manager. Travel ball dads for the win!
