I have decided that retirement can be amazing. All the stuff you didn't try because you were busy then come home to do more and then rest now you can learn. It'll be more fun that at a paying job but you still achieve lots. I think I'm only half a week in and like it... so far.

I’m sitting in the backyard of a cafe. The sun is behind that tree. Birds are chirping. There’s a squirrel about 2 ft away from me. Some bees buzzing. A plane just went by. There is a soft hum from an AC unit. This americano is delicious. In this exact moment, things are okay.
