@SethPmX @SierraOnLineUni Haha!!! OMG, I remember that!
I loved the end too where you’re deleting stuff on a Windows machine, haha.

@interesting_aIl No, this is stupid. We have roofs like that in the south East and south west. It has more to do with climate.

@exQUIZitely I got an LAPC-1, which is the General MIDI card version of the MT-32, which is better, but can also load MT-32 patches. I got it for $50 bucks in 1996 because my buddy said it didn’t work in his new computer. 😗

@chi7510 @RepBrianMast You seem pretty triggered. You responded like 10 times to the same post. Are you mentally unwell?

@BoooRadd @warnerwark @ShitpostGate It’s a joke meme that probably never happened. You’re taking this too seriously. And also, there is barely a difference in price at this year for a Z06 RPO. These years are on a price decline.
English

@MathewPiling @warnerwark @ShitpostGate It’s not the defiling of a rare model… it’s the not getting what they paid for. There is a big price gap between the z06 and the base
English

@9mmsmg Yes, I think so… as long as I got to pick which I’d give up! 😅

I really have to question GM's timing here
Is this a brilliant move, or a case of a day late and a dollar short?

@Mopar_Logic It’s funny, every version of these uses 2nd Gen side vents.

I understand that new neighborhoods will not be mature enough to have wonderful canopy trees, duh.
But why are they (basically) not planting any trees at all? I think I see four or five baby trees?
A new neighborhood rarely looks good, but ones like this will NEVER look good.

@FerroRapax @exQUIZitely So, the Gold Box games are amazing! No argument from me there. But I think UW2 is worth trying… not really UW1… the plot isn’t very good… but UW2 actually has interaction and a real plot… plus better controls.
English

@exQUIZitely I never had a computer that would play UU1 or UU2 when they came out, and for some reason I've been unable to go back and play them. I just can't get into them. And I'm not a graphics whore or anything. Would rather play a gold box game. Is it worth it to force myself to try?

Ultima Underworld II: Labyrinth of Worlds was developed by Looking Glass Technologies and published by Origin Systems in 1993.
Gameplay is non-linear, letting you roam freely through huge, multi-level environments, solve puzzles, fight in real time, and interact with NPCs.
For its time, it was highly innovative. It featured a fully explorable 3D world (no grid-snapping like older dungeon crawlers). The physics and object interactions were next level: you could pick up, drop, throw, stack, or combine almost anything. Want to build a staircase out of crates? Go for it. Pile junk to reach a high ledge? Sure thing. Knock over a table during a fight? It all worked. This level of interactivity was unheard of in 1993 - at least nothing close comes to mind.
As an old-time Ultima fan, I was skeptical when I heard about an action RPG spin-off that diverged so much from the original concept. But boy, was I wrong; it was a blast!

@DSPetolicchio I don’t know a single Catholic, including myself, that is antisemitic or hates Jews.
English

Because many Catholics are Vatican first, they view anyone else, especially the Jews, as threats to unilateral power.
It's ironic, the Catholic Church does much of the things that they tend to accuse the JOOS of doing.

Why is it such an affront to Catholicism that God will save Israel?

@Richie_Jackson Hah, I don’t know why this came up in my feed. You do you… but I prefer ghost books.
English

@MaryTilesTexas I hated using those clamp things with that tool… but I understand why you use it. I just felt it was more hassle than it was worth.
