@thinkwhysly Maybe try MoneyGram (if they operate in your country) it’s like WesternUnion but for crypto. Go to one of their shops with cash > they give you crypto.

So if I want to buy $RUNE, $TCY, $TGT, $MAYA, $CACAO, $BTC, $VULT, etc. I need a fiat on-ramp, which requires KYC. Is it possible to have a permissionless fiat on-ramp ramp?
