this is very southern european coded of me to say but i stopped seeing unemployed people as being remotely bad or a weight on society ages ago and i actually do kinda envy them sometimes since i feel extremely guilty when i am not doing shit, i kinda think that if you don't want to do anything in your life and just vibe and dedicate yourself to your hobbies you should be allowed to do so and in an ideal society be provided with enough money to just survive, not thrive or idk live in luxury but like pay for rent in a small apartment and get your free healthcare and stuff most people i know are NOT like this and do want to do stuff in their life, but idk i don't think being a slacker is inherently bad, do whatever you want man

I actually think “tone-deaf” undersells how bad Interstellar Song Contest’s politics are. More like dangerous. Dangerous to real liberation efforts. Dangerous to actual revolutionaries. The more I think about it, the more I genuinely can’t give it any grace even if I tried.
