Yesterday during Biden's portrait unveiling, Biden joked to Jeff Scruggs, "doesn't he look like Barack?" MAGA and right-wing media immediately started calling Biden racist. Meanwhile reported by the Daily Mail, Biden was just trying to make Scrugg's daughter smile: “Two sources familiar with the matter said that backstage, Scruggs had told Biden that his daughter wanted him to ask the ex-President if he looked like Obama. The display onstage was meant to show that Biden believed that he did.”
