Coloradans want lower costs and affordable health care. Today’s bills failed to address skyrocketing health care premiums caused by the Republican “Big Bad Bill”. So I voted NO. Every Senate Democrat believes every American should have health care, but Republicans refused to come to the table and work to tackle the health care crisis. We will continue to fight every day for universal health care until every American has coverage.

This drives me nuts. Refusing to answer legitimate inquiries of congress should be grounds for immediate termination from the position that you hold for any federal employee - and that includes military. No government employee should ever be allowed to withhold information from the peoples' representatives. They have a legitimate, constitutionally-prescribed oversight function that must be respected. If you need to go into a SCIF to answer a fucking question, then fine, go into a SCIF and do it. But you'd better fucking answer when they ask you a question, and if you won't, then you shouldn't have that job.
