Jury trials in matters such as this confuse me. Statistically more than half of the people on a jury did not go to college and they’re being asked to determine if a evaluation during a complex acquisition is accurate. Make it make sense? Juries can issue judgments on complex financial transactions, but I get in trouble if I tell somebody to buy a stock.

LAWFARE: Ridiculous jury thinks Elon should have paid more than $44B for Twitter. He tried to get out of the deal but the company sued him to force him to close. Yes, the value to the planet was priceless, but this just verdict is total BS.

@MisesEngineer @KyleKulinski They just have to govern in a way as to find a common ground. If their policies are so polarizing that they can’t get few democrats to vote for them, then it doesn’t work. Democrats face the same issues when in power and they don’t have shutdowns as much

They had those conservative fraudsters dead-to-rights because they were, in fact, guilty of fraudulently submitting electors for the express purpose of overturning the election. This is all well documented.

Lol. Crypto. Every ICE “killing” was investigated whether you liked the outcome or not. Additionally, Trump is not the DOJ. Qatar gave a plane to the country. Countries do this all the time. Trump didn’t attempt a coup. If you want to be really specific about this, what happened TO trump in 2016 is closer to a coup than what happened in 2020.

@libpol_org @TheMorningCrab @RightWingCope It’s not illegal to prepare an alternate slate of electors. In fact the Michigan cases have already been thrown out. Nearly all elections a handful of states prepare alternate electors. Hell, Clinton did it. The overreach in these in “cases” is the only thing unprecedented.
