Huge win for life! The 5th Circuit just issued a nationwide block on the Biden Admin's reckless mail-order abortion pill scheme. Our office was proud to sign onto a multi-state amicus brief supporting Louisiana in this critical case. Unregulated abortion pills — which are extremely dangerous when used without medical supervision — will thankfully no longer be allowed to be shipped into Indiana for the time being. We'll keep fighting in the courts to ensure these protections are fully upheld against any further challenges.
