@AskHalifaxBank I visited the Felixstowe branch 3 times, I had to bring in ID and proof of address which I did all 3 times, the 3rd time I was in I had actually booked a meeting with one of the people there to get it sorted. Applied about a month ago.

@AskHalifaxBank worst bank ever, been in 3 times and spoke to the manager about a credit card application but have just got an email saying my application has been cancelled for taking too long.
