@calibrax We're very sorry this fix has taken longer than expected, I've spoken to our dev team and unfortunately there hasn't been much progress on this yet. Thanks for baring with us while we continue to work through our list of fixes & improvements, the Alexa fix is next on our list

@NeosSmartHome Still zero progress on restoring live streams on Alexa, which Neos have been "investigating" since October 4th. Over a month now, and not even an update or explanation on what the problem is. You'd think that a tech company would be much better than this in 2021.

@ObiGrae Hi there, this happens sometimes it should resolve itself though. You might still see the update prompt until the update's completing in the background. Or try again after 12h, making sure you're connected to wifi. Hope that helps

@NeosSmartHome evening! i've got a cam that says it needs a firmware update, but when i click on the link in app it pops to the update page for about a second then goes back to the previous page. is it possible to download the firmware and update via sd card? cheers :)

@simonmcneil1939 Hi Simon, we're very much still here 🙂 There is no plan to implement SD card footage in-app at this time, as our team are focusing on fixing long standing bugs as well as improving our firmware to make the auto-arming system more reliable. We'll let you know if that changes
