48 hours ago: 13 strangers on Reddit roasted my product. "It's a feature, not a product." "Kill it and move on." Today: I pivoted. Old ProofSnap: Upload screenshot → Get card New ProofSnap: Collect + curate + display testimonials Same name. Completely different product. Built the collection feature in 2 days. Sometimes the best thing about harsh feedback is how fast it makes you move.

Vibe coding killed landing pages We reject more and more products on Uneed Same purple gradients. Same hero sections. Same soulless landings. AI should help you build faster, not make every app look the same 😩

If you can't: • Sell, you'll always be poor • Create, you'll always be average • Get attention, you'll always be invisible Master these 3 and you will never have to worry about money again.

I posted my SaaS on Reddit. They told me it was 'just a feature, not a product.' They were right. Here's what I did next 🧵

@yashhq_22 The founder edge in 2026 won’t be code ,it’ll be attention. If you understand AI, distribution, and how to capture internet attention, you can hire technical talent.

The most successful founder in 2026 won’t be technical. It’ll be someone who understands: - AI - distribution - internet attention

@marclou I kept telling myself ‘just a few more days’ with ShotFrame. Days turned into months, users dropped from 88 to 1, and revenue stayed at 0. The graveyard isn’t full of bad ideas, it’s full of founders who couldn’t admit when to stop.

Solo founder daily schedule: 7:46am - Wake (not by choice) 10am-6pm - Day job 7:30pm - Pet time (best part) 9:30pm - Real work begins 12am - Sleep (maybe) The glamorous life nobody shows you.

Hot take: Your first product SHOULD fail. Mine did. ShotFrame: 88 users → 1 active user today. But it taught me: → What users actually want → What they'll never pay for → How to ship fast → How to take feedback ProofSnap exists because ShotFrame failed. Failure isn't the opposite of success. It's the first step.

@jonbrosio I wasted months thinking I was ‘learning’ by reading blogs and watching talks. None of it mattered until I actually started building. Doing exposes the gaps, forces you to adapt, and teaches faster than any book. Learning is passive. Doing is compounding.

No one ever got rich from learning. You get rich from doing. And you learn by doing. So stop learning And start doing

This is why ShotFrame failed for me. I fell in love with the idea of polished screenshots and refused to adapt when distribution wasn’t working. Built features, got users, but ended with 0 revenue. The product wasn’t the problem , my stubbornness was. Founders don’t fail from lack of marketing, they fail from refusing to change course.

Most founders don’t fail because they didn’t market their product. They fail because they fall in love with their idea and refuse to adapt.

@pmitu I’d add: nail distribution early. I built ShotFrame, shipped features, even had users, but got 0 revenue because I thought product alone was enough. The real unlock is talking to users and figuring out how to get in front of them. Without distribution, the rest is just noise.
