yes, I crossed $1,000,000 / month was trying to keep it quiet but it got leaked on a pod so... let's go quick backstory: I sold Tweet Hunter and Taplio for $8m in 2024 then got back to work and honestly, I was terrified when you set a standard for yourself, you have to live by it and that pressure is real every single thing I shipped felt scary - I felt like a fraud, "the lucky guy who got acquired once" every launch, I kept thinking: what if it flops? what if I go from "the guy who exited" to just... a nobody? so I forced myself to ship a ton a lot failed I was embarrassed by the bugs in my MVPs but I kept going Revid, Outrank, SuperX, PostSyncer, Feather -> five products thriving today they do more than anything I've ever built before grateful to my co-makers, to the team, and to everyone following along, giving feedback, using the products every day thank you, genuinely 🙏

burnout hit a 6-year high in the US at the same time, the global wellness industry is forecast to reach $9 trillion by 2028 health is the #1 industry in the US it's bigger than the entire GDP of Germany 🤯 mental wellness is its fastest growing segment, sleep tech is on track to 5x in the next decade, mental health apps will nearly double by 2030 the math is almost too clean - more suffering, more market a lot of people are getting very rich solving something that is getting worse every year I don't know what to do with that - I just think it's worth sitting with

I feel bad about our "failed payment" email sequence 4 email over 2 weeks ... .. but then I find out about Datadog still sending emails, 2 years after the first failed payment, for a company I am not related to anymore, which doesn't even use the product anymore 🤷‍♂️

@T_Zahil In my opinion the highest quality products come from people who build a lot. But I agree that there is a point where you need to stop when a project takes off and work a ton on it to make it incredible.

Unpopular opinion: ship fast doesn’t work anymore Building a lot of products you give up on after a few weeks is not a good idea Every product you abandon, you’re loosing trust of your customers. I personally wont buy your products if you keep building new ones all the time

One of the worst things you can do for AI search visibility? Destroying your SEO performance with shiny new AI search tactics that are ultimately dangerous for SEO - and by extension - AI search. In my latest Substack article, I wrote about the fundamental connection between SEO and GEO/AEO, along with some of the risky tactics I've seen sites employing, plus the early signs that these approaches are dangerous for SEO (and therefore AI search as well). lilyraynyc.substack.com/p/your-geo-str…

@_lhermann the same happened for FB, Insta, Linkedin ... professionalisation of content where attention is given, people (like me btw) come to try to capture a little piece of this attention for business purposes

Tell me, how did Twitter turn from a great place to find a community to an absolute cesspool of brain dead engagement bait? It’s not that I don’t know, I just need to hear someone say it.

I took Mike's video and analyzed it, then I compared his quotes with the recommendations from your website, and – voila! I'll send you the results of my analysis of all the quotes in a DM, as there are some tricky points :) But the main takeaway is that when you listen to how people speak, not what they say, you get real insights that you can confidently rely on!

I processed all 129 starter story interviews to find what founders actually agree on the result: 👉 19 patterns lead to success still wip, but curious what you think - tmaker.io/advisor feel free to roast it (without hurting me 😅) and tell me what's missing

𝗜’𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗫.𝘀𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗿 24 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀… and it’s closer to elite status than most people realise! Here are my honest thoughts so far: Overall, this is a fucking solid product. Well done @robj3d3 & @tibo_maker 👏👏 Super clean. Makes replying super easy. Scheduling feature is 🔥 𝘚𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘭𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘮: >Steep learning curve after onboarding >Engage/discover feels slightly random >Lists tab is buggy >Missing a “main feed” experience Just a few UX tweaks away from being elite. Honestly, very happy with the experience so far. SuperX.so makes X fun!✌️ (𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗿: I'm not affiliated with SuperX, Rob nor Tibo in any way, shape or form. I have no reason to advocate for their product. But I am because its genuinely allowed me to enjoy my experience on X more than I would without it!)

Going all in on X this year. So I just started my 3-day free trial on SuperX.so by @robj3d3 and @tibo_maker I’ll share my honest take in a few days.
