yes, I crossed $1,000,000 / month was trying to keep it quiet but it got leaked on a pod so... let's go quick backstory: I sold Tweet Hunter and Taplio for $8m in 2024 then got back to work and honestly, I was terrified when you set a standard for yourself, you have to live by it and that pressure is real every single thing I shipped felt scary - I felt like a fraud, "the lucky guy who got acquired once" every launch, I kept thinking: what if it flops? what if I go from "the guy who exited" to just... a nobody? so I forced myself to ship a ton a lot failed I was embarrassed by the bugs in my MVPs but I kept going Revid, Outrank, SuperX, PostSyncer, Feather -> five products thriving today they do more than anything I've ever built before grateful to my co-makers, to the team, and to everyone following along, giving feedback, using the products every day thank you, genuinely 🙏

I said no to a $3k/month gig today here's what happened: a founder reached out to me, we talked for a few weeks, and eventually, long story short, we closed a deal I started onboarding, sent the first briefs over then realized somewhere in the middle that between the projects and the commitments I already have, I wasn't going to deliver at the standard it needed a big part of what I do is about ownership being responsible for the outcomes, and having enough headspace to actually think through creative experiments for the projects I already have if I take on more, something has to drop. usually it's the quality of the work for my existing projects the easy version would have been to take the invoice and figure it out. that's how a lot of people play it but I'd rather take the hit on the $3k than take the hit on the reputation the people I've worked with, I've stayed with them for years, not months. that's the shape of business I want to build so yea happy Tuesday to you too

We noticed this data was missing from the algo and it made your friends appear less in your replies. This resulted in the reply section feeling more like a battleground with people you don't recognize. This should also help clusters form around interests more easily, which many people have asked for.
