yes, I crossed $1,000,000 / month was trying to keep it quiet but it got leaked on a pod so... let's go quick backstory: I sold Tweet Hunter and Taplio for $8m in 2024 then got back to work and honestly, I was terrified when you set a standard for yourself, you have to live by it and that pressure is real every single thing I shipped felt scary - I felt like a fraud, "the lucky guy who got acquired once" every launch, I kept thinking: what if it flops? what if I go from "the guy who exited" to just... a nobody? so I forced myself to ship a ton a lot failed I was embarrassed by the bugs in my MVPs but I kept going Revid, Outrank, SuperX, PostSyncer, Feather -> five products thriving today they do more than anything I've ever built before grateful to my co-makers, to the team, and to everyone following along, giving feedback, using the products every day thank you, genuinely 🙏

hundreds of people have asked me to mentor them 😬 I'd love to but I can't do it 1:1 for everyone so I'm thinking about something simple $19/month to get: → 1 AMA every 2 weeks → private closed community → direct access to me over DM would this be interesting to anyone? 🤔

If I was Tibo , I would - create a discord community link it with whop - 49$/mo - invite/ approval based only If you are not building something you dont get in Gameify it by daily/weekly leaderboard , AMAs , community calls Invite one guest from different field every week ~ based on my personal experience as a discord community manager this should perform well

isn't your list like 100k? assuming it is & a conservative 1% conversion & a high 10% churn, you'll have (very roughly): ~5k members in 6 months It's a neat $100k/month in MRR, sure. But at lowish 15% show rate in calls, you'll be looking at 750 people in your AMA sessions. Not ideal. I'd push the price to $100. Assuming you get 10x FEWER conversions (unlikely), you'll be at like 500 ppl in 6 months. That's like 75 in every call at 15% show rate. And you'll be able to help far more imo 💁‍♂️

@midego1 @tibo_maker You have to actually live in a country to get the fiscal residency. Bulgaria and Estonia are great countries, but it would clearly be a big change coming from France

@tibo_maker But why???? If you live in the EU, get Estonian e citizenship and enjoy 15% tax, or in Bulgaria for 10%. Such a waste of money!
