Warwick Half Marathon done and super happy with the time. The secret is joining @NottsFR. Keeps me motivated with the added bonus of meeting lots of lovely people. 🏃‍♂️

One visit to Wollaton Hall for parkrun wasn’t enough for NFR this weekend as our Sunday long run group headed there for some hills on their 16km route 💪 Nottingham Frontrunners | Proudly Supported by @thespencertrust 🧡💙

A pot of gold (or tea) at the end of the rainbow run 🌈 🫖 ✨ Our long runs continue & today’s 11km finished at the fab @ThePrideShopUK. As well as coffee & cake we picked up new (dry) socks & rainbow laces! If you want to run with us on Sundays, DM & we’ll share the plan!

You asked for it - here it is! 🤩 Nottingham Frontrunners will be launching our first Couch 2 5k group on TUESDAY 14th JANUARY! 🏹🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈 If you've been thinking about joining us or have been wanting to get into/back into running for a while - this is your sign to make it happen!

🎢 This weekend, NFR took on the ups and downs of the Alton Towers 5K, 10K and Half Marathon! From twists and turns to steep climbs, it was a rollercoaster of emotions. Some of us sprinted like we were on Rita, while others dug deep like the depths of Oblivion! 🚀

NFR welcomes all Trans, Genderfluid, Questioning, Cisgender and other runners to our club. We are a safe space where everyone can express their true identity. After all, the best version of yourself is your authentic self!

From PBs to first-ever 10ks, our rainbow runners brought the usual loud and proud energy. Well done to everyone who took part! And of course, our beloved Queer Squad supported on the course, and with post-race breakfast too! 🥐🍳🌈

🌈 🏅 Medal Monday Meets #MoustacheMonday! 〰️🌈 Did you spot our Frontrunners at the MoRunning 10k in Nottingham this Saturday? It was an important event raising funds and awareness for Movember, with a large turnout from the Nottingham running community.
