@scarlet_loves @RoyalMailHelp There does seem to be an issue with specific dates… we literally can’t afford the cost of paying someone to go through all the manifests and routing out ones that haven’t arrived. Neither could we afford to reship to everyone who has said their parcels haven’t arrived.

@ThePrideShopUK @RoyalMailHelp having a similar problem with all orders sent on those dates, @RoyalMailHelp asked for further info so I sent them all in a DM to which they gave a generic reply asking for the same info I already gave them. It's a waste of time.
