Funny how your interpretation of “equality” is having a 50/50 split between genders in workforce numbers, and not the important stuff like, you know, rights and pay. Their point is if a women wants to work in a field, including as a miner, sailor, whatever, they should have the same benefits, rights, pay etc as the equivalent man.
