The West coast plays lollipop hoops so the numbers and names will be flashier but the East has always played grittier basketball that a lot of people like to watch Not everyone cares about the branding part of this

@danforhan @ReggieLeeChoke It's not necessarily about gross winning percentage either. Over the past decade+, some of the biggest brands in the league (Warriors, Lakers, etc) & the biggest rivalries were ending at (or even after!) midnight for most of the country. That's a problem.

I think this is a bigger issue than people realize. It's a problem when the "prime time" games are an Eastern Conference mid-off & the best games are disproportionately ending at nearly midnight for 2/3 of the country...

Maxey is pretty much Philly, if you can shut him down I dont think you’ll lose to Grimes / PG / Edgecomb. But thats easier said than done, need Suggs and AB to bounce back as POA defenders Offensively Philly has some size down low but a healthy Magic team should be able to score

Orlando Magic aren’t scrubs, but they also aren’t doing anything special to where the Pistons can’t find success. Mental turnovers and lack of focus and energy can’t happen in the Playoffs. The Magic aren’t tough to figure out, they’re capitalizing on poor play.
