@OpenDNSHelp The UK HSBC app is completely blocked when using OpenDNS. I’ve tried the refreshing the opendns cache for both hsbc.com and hsbc.co.uk but the app still fails to login until I change dns to isp default.

We have identified the root cause of the problem. @OpenDNSHelp, a DNS provider we used for the delivery part of our infrastructure, has decided to ban all French-based traffic, impacting half of our MX servers.

Hi @OpenDNSHelp Seems that some domains are blocked. Domains are rerouted to @cloudfront , but result in error code 1231 ("no internet").
