@ceciliatan @OpenJournalSys They certainly had close ties, but they operate as a business AFAIK. But it's been three years since I did anything with them. Quite a lot of support in the Digital Humanities field, though.

Editors, is there a viable free/affordable thing lime Submittable out there? Submittable just quoted me a price of ~$10,000 per year for my semi-annual journal that receives under 100 submissions a year. I could just hire an assistant instead if I had that budget!
