@EdoPlantinga ie "Liberating Collective Wisdom" (OpenStrategies' by-line) without endless discussions that lead no-where. @OpenStrategies uses open source principles, modified to suite the collective creation, validation and implementation of strategies (just like with open source software)

Also interested in how this can be achieved via involving a broader group of people, to make strategic decisions better, and less dependent on personal preferences of a small group of people (including my own). All this without resorting to chaos😀

This book sounds promising. I find that although there are many tools & perspectives for strategy (swot, canvasses, storytelling, value chain maps, effectuation, lean startup etc.), choosing which to use still feels too much like good ol' common sense / faith / wishful thinking.

My next book (to be published soon) aligns even more with your thinking and is a more practical tool-kit of @OpenStrategies thinking. @casey_rebecca An environment can be complex but actions must always be simple. Results will be more predictable than Uses and Benefits. Accountability for emergence remains, even if predictability is variable.
