I often hear: “I want to buy a home in Costa Rica I can visit but also rent out and make money when I’m not there.” Then they go buy a 2-bedroom condo… In Costa Rica, condos rarely rent well. If you actually want strong rental income, you need 4+ bedrooms.

Finished this recently. Aside from a collection of Zen Koans it's the most important non-fiction book I've read. There's so much to say about it, but all you really need to know is that it was a favorite of such great men as Hamilton, Napoleon and Suvorov.
