I have finally caught up and watched the recording of James Byrne's (@DekaChambers) March seminar on Fatal Accident Claims for @PIBarAssoc. It's incredibly useful with lots of examples from case law to demonstrate how these claims work in practice.

A great weekend at Keble on the @PIBarAssoc annual conference. Still can’t believe I didn’t make the 5 minute walk here from @wadhamoxford all those years ago. As ever some fantastic speakers and a great opportunity to catch up with friends and colleagues.

We’ve heard a lot about duty of care this weekend #PIBACon24 and Andrew Warnock KC is now telling us more about what cases are coming up in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal this year …

No one minds me knitting while learning at #PIBACon24 - I find it helps focus the mind.
