Fidelity of HD grid signals is impressive. Here is a TAPVR (repair: baffle to single RSPV) patient with both fib and flutter. After PVI rhythm organized to flutter, the entire CL on the grid on lat MA. Termination during ablation! Thanks to mapping help @sarahwhittam11

#EPeeps had a very fine day with #EnSiteX #HDGrid and #OT mapping slow pathway prior to #AVNRT ablation this week. Observed nice slow junctionals with RFA at site of collision. Non-inducible post-ablation. Maps by @MeganMalladiEP Figures by @sota_ep

Congenital 2 y/o pt with atriotomy scar from a ventricular septal defect repair. Initially induced Typical AFL that terminated during RF abl where the intrinsic line of block discontinued. Post-testing induced an EAT from the RAA that terminated during first burn! #EPeds #TCSE

Congenital pt arrived in AFL. No CS access? No atrial reference? No problem This 18k point map was collected by @DrFredHan1 with #HDG and a P Wave atrial reference. Only on #ensite Transbaffle puncture to catheter pull: 1 hr 15 min.
