Is it true that Nigerian Beef is sweeter than Abroad Beef? Well to me it's relative but due to taste preference yeah we can say Naija beef tastes better. I prefer Oyinbo beef succulent & easy to chew But does taste equal quality? No, taste doesn't mean quality. Naija beef has lower PH which is as a result of stressed animals. Our cows are stressed during their lifetime walking about like Israelites and then before slæughtering, jam packed in trailers and they even see their friends & mates being keed. They d!êd with trauma Couple this with our Abattoirs condition - you'll understand we are not eating quality meat.
